This is my firm belief: Anybody who has inflicted injury upon themselves, no matter how shallow, needs love and support because there are deeper problems behind the skin within the mind. NEVER tell somebody they need to cut deeper. NEVER tell somebody that they are only seeking attention. NEVER tell somebody that they are not worthy of help. I don’t care how experienced and worthy you think you are about self mutilation, nobody deserves to hear these types of comments.
